Koala’s child protection seat, KB102-02 black finish, allows parents to comfortably secure a child while tending to siblings and other matters in restrooms and fitting rooms. A steel pivot rod secured in an aluminum tube hinge mechanism provides superior support and wear resistance. The textured seat surface includes nylon safety straps that extend over the child’s shoulders and between the legs for added security. When closed, the unit folds to less than 6″ (143mm) and requires less than 2 sq. ft (1858sq.cm) of wall space. The seat is designed to support a child weighing up to 50 lbs (22.7kg). The polyethylene seat surface exclusively contains Microban® antimicrobial protection, reducing odor-causing bacteria. Constructed with 31% recycled materials, the unit contributes toward LEED® certified building requirements.
