Full-length piano hinge and tumbler lock keyed like other Bradley units. Stainless steel back. Dispenses 500 single-fold or half-fold toilet seat covers. Cabinet bottom hinged for easy filling. Unit has spring clip dispensing mechanism. Surface-Mounted.
