Sloan OEM part. This is a pretty obscure part, but if you need one, you need one! The handle bushings on Sloan manual flushometers produced before mid-1971 were a white (frequently described as "natural" or "Delrin") color. Aside from vandalism, the more common part to cause leaks is the handle seal (small black rubber piece) which is B-39 (part no. 5302297). If you're not sure where the defect lies, the entire handle assembly for these flushometers is B-32-A (5302279).
For comparison, the newer flushometers have a blackJ handle bushing and the seal is plastic. The bushing and seal come in one kit, as B-51-A (3302306). The entire assembly for those, starts with B-73 (i.e. B73-A, B-73-A-PH, etc.).
Hint: If you're not sure about when your flushometer was produced, it may be easiest to just take the handle off and examine the existing bushing & seal.
