Eco friendly and not stupid expensive.
At first we were pretty happy we got a remodeling budget to upgrade our facility to be more "green." But the eco friendly fixtures (faucets, flush valves, toilets, water fountains, solar panels, etc.) turns out are a lot more expensive than the normal ones. This one, though is a ton cheaper than the automatic ones, but still only uses a little bit of water. So we saved a few thousand just on the toilets. This is a professional building, so we didn't need to worry about people not flushing as much. Your experience might be different.
