Restroom Direct is Now Berl's Commercial Supply.

In 2023, Restroom Direct rebranded as Berl's Commercial Supply and moved its website from www.restroomdirect.com to www.berls.com.

Why did Restroom Direct change its name to Berl's Commercial Supply?

Founded in 2008 by Division 10 and commercial restroom accessory industry veteran, Christopher Berl, Restroom Direct soon became one of the largest suppliers of restroom hand dryers, and then many other restroom commercial building fixtures, in the United States. Since then, Restroom Direct has expanded to products outside of the bathroom, including drinking fountains and plumbing fixtures found in other areas like classrooms, breakrooms and kitchens. Since Restroom Direct was no longer supplying just restroom fixtures anymore, it was time to show this expansion through a new name that would capture all that we were doing then, and would be doing in the future.

Restroom Direct, and our sister company in Europe, Bavada, Ltd, were founded under the legal name of Berl Enterprises LLC. Once Bavada split to become a stand-alone European company, with headquarters in Dublin Ireland, warehouses in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, and customer service in France, we wanted to distinguish the US-focused mission of Berl Enterprises LLC by changing from Restroom Direct to Berl's Commercial Supply.

The name Berl's emphasizes that, while we continue to grow, we are still a family business, with family values. That means providing excellent customer service, offering only the highest quality products, being there to help when it's needed, and offering the best prices in the industry. We are a major distributor for some of the top brands in the country including Zurn-Elkay, Sloan, Bobrick, Koala-Kare, Bradley, ASI, Dyson, Xlerator hand dryers, World Dryer and others.
