This is the front (upper) panel (where the button is located) on the Elkay VRC series and Halsey Taylor HVR series of drinking fountains. If the fountain has a bottle filler, this is ONLY for the FOUNTAIN (lower) portion.

Note: This will NOT work on VRCHD models as those have an integrated, rounded front panel.
