Problem solved.
Got this for our office because people were complaining about the sink water not being cold enough, and sink in the kitchen was always kind of a little dirty between when the janitorial staff comes in. Bought bottled water and put in fridge for a few weeks and that got tired REALLY fast. From my younger days, I HATE those ones where the guy comes in every week or two asking if we need more water. My office was next to the thing and either I hear the incessant bubbling, or this guy coming in. This one is great. Filter last for a YEAR, and I never have to refill it. Also, since it's plug in, I put it closer to the doorway so people can just swing by and fill their bottles, glasses, etc. No complaints so far and I think every time they use it, they appreciate it (and maybe think a little better of management?). All good.
