Solved our issue when HEPA didn't.
Management ordered one of these because we had an air quality issue (smelly, dank) in a back area of our offices and people kept complaining. HEPA filters (even with charcoal inserts) didn't help much at all. This thing did. Expensive, but doesn't require much maintenance and truly solved the problem. No more complaints. Thanks, guys!
