Vandal-resistant lid shall pivot up for top filling only after lock is disengaged. Corrosion-resistant valve shall have soap head-holding mushroom valve, stainless steel spring, U-packing seal, and duckbill; and shall dispense commercially marketed all-purpose hand soaps.
