Use the right soap to make foam and it works well!
by Amar -
I am using these soap dispensers at my house. I really like them, but I have had to replace the pumping nozzle a couple of times over the past three years. Berl's told me it might be that I was using a soap that is too viscous / thick. I already knew that I would have to dilute regular soap 5-1 to get foaming soap, but I was using Soft Soap and Chris at Berl's pointed out that creamy soap does not work well to make foaming soap. So we have switched to a (diluted) clear soap, and it works much better. I am also cleaning it more often.
